Finally I can start Mums & Bubs class after the lockdown.
🎀Mums and Bubs Mat Pilates🎀
- Restore Pelvic floor
- Rebuild their Core, hips etc
- Open up their chest (especially good for breastfeeding mums)

Every Monday at 10 am
The class lasts about 40 mins.
